Service Description

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour skills taught, in an online format with 2-hour live teaching on each module. Additionally, meet in 8, online one-to-one sessions with Allison to coach at the end of modules to ask questions, clarify skills, or make a plan to implement skills. The program includes 12 modules taught live (2hour sessions), 8 additional coaching sessions to support you on your journey of learning new skills. To help you manage difficult emotions and promote mental wellness.
